What does 100% flexible mean?

You can postpone, suspend or bring forward orders if you need one of the bi-medEctoin® products more. You can also adjust the quantity and delivery interval at any time.

Everything is possible, just as you wish!

To make an adjustment, you can either click on the link in your reminder e-mail, log in to your account (optional) or simply send us an e-mail with your change request to kundenservice@bitopequi.de.

How do I avoid delivering too many or too few products?

We will automatically send you a reminder e-mail 3 days before each new order. This gives you enough time to adjust your subscription if necessary. If you don't want to wait for the next scheduled delivery, you can also have your order delivered at the next possible time.

What is the cancellation period?

There is none! You can cancel at any time, even immediately after your first order. If you want to order from us again at some point, that is of course no problem

Payment & Invoice

You can pay for your subscription by PayPal and credit card.

Once the order has been successfully placed and dispatched, you will automatically receive your invoice by e-mail.

Delivery to DHL Packstations

We send your parcel via DHL.
This means you can have our products delivered directly to a Packstation.
The ‘Street’ field must contain the text ‘Packstation’ followed directly by the number of the Packstation. The additional address field (flat, room, etc.) must contain the postcode.

Can I test your products first?

Natürlich. Entweder Du schließt ein Abo bei uns ab (mit den 10% Rabatt) und kündigst sofort wieder, falls Du nicht überzeugt bist, oder Du bestellst ohne Abo. Wir verschicken leider keine Produktproben, da unser Powerstoff eine gewisse Zeit braucht, um seine Kräfte zu entfalten und diese bei einer Probe nicht gegeben wäre.

Kann ich zusätzlich sparen?

The subscription cannot be combined with other discount campaigns or vouchers.
