Hypertonic ready-to-use solution for horses with severe mucus buildup.
bitopEQUI® LUNG Complete plus is used for the care, moisturising and cleaning of the airways in horses with a cough, allergies or equine asthma.
The brine solution with bi-medEctoin® supports your horse in case of stuck mucus.
The natural stress protection molecule bi-medEctoin® moisturises the airways and forms a water-based protective layer against pollen, dust, allergens and other external influences that can further stress irritated airways.
The solution is ready-to-use and requires no further dilution. It can be applied daily over a period of 2-3 weeks on horses with mucus congestion, ideally before riding or working the horse. For long-term moisturising and care we recommend to proceed using an isotonic solution such as bitopEQUI® LUNG Complete afterwards.
In regulatory terms, LUNG Complete plus is an animal care product and cannot replace a diagnosis or treatment and therapy by a vet. However, it is suitable as a supportive measure for therapy - in consultation with the vet.

Composition: Sodium chloride 3%, bi-medEctoin®.
Contents: 200 ml
bi-medEctoin® is a clinically intensively researched molecule of natural origin with a wide range of applications, including in horses. It has a purely physical effect and is not metabolised. There are no known side effects and no habituation effect.
Note: Do not use in cases of narrowed or constricted bronchi, absence of mucus, wheezing, or shortness of breath.

The hypertonic ready-to-use solution is recommended to actively support mucus clearance in cases of stuck and thick mucus.
You can use the solution undiluted and pour between 10 and 30 ml (depending on the filling volume of your nebuliser) directly into the nebuliser and nebulise. It should be used as a cure for a period of 2-3 weeks.
After that, please proceed using an isotonic solution, e.g. our bitopEQUI® LUNG Complete, for the long-term care and support of your horse.
For solution withdrawal, we recommend using a cannula or a spike through the silicone device in the cap.
Please note: The solution is suitable for supportive therapy but should not be used as a carrier fluid for medications!

Mein Pferd ist seit einem 3/4 Jahr immer wieder am husten, mal mit Nasenausfluss und mal ohne. Nach knapp 4.000€ Tierarztrechnungen wurde mir nun gesagt "keine Ahnung warum er hustet, einfach inhalieren und bewegen".. Mit den verschriebenen Medikamenten zum inhalieren kam keinerlei Besserung, dann habe ich aus Verzweiflung bitop ausprobiert - zack, der Husten ist um ein Wesentliches besser geworden. Bin sehr zufrieden.
Weg ist der Husten natürlich nicht, aber jetzt hustet er wenn überhaupt einmal während des arbeiten und nicht schon 20 mal beim putzen.
Nachdem die erste Kur mit bitop Equi complete plus im Frühjahr gut gewirkt hat, haben wir bei ersten Anzeichen einer Verschleimung sofort reagiert. Der Schleimausfluss wird hervorragend gefördert. Es entstehen keine Nebenwirkungen bei unserem Pferd.
Habe das Produkt zum ersten Mal bestellt. Es wirkt wesentlich besser, als reine Kochsalzlösung. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.
Mein Pferd kommt sehr gut klar damit, es hat sich deutlich verbessert. Die telefonische Beratung zum Produkt und zu weiteren Themen rund um Inhalation ist eine glatte 1, sehr kompetent und sehr nett und geduldig.
.... und erwarte wirklich keine Wunder; schon gar nicht nach erst einer Flasche.
Aber mein Pferd verträgt es gut und den Husten haben wir durch tägliches Inhalieren im Griff. Hoffe aber, dass der weisse Ausfluss auch zeitnah ein Ende nimmt.
